I chose to partner with The Overlook with Matt Peiken, a hyperlocal podcast covering news, arts and culture in Asheville, North Carolina.
The podcast averages about 5,000 listeners per month, with about 2,750 in Asheville and about 1,000 in nearby areas such as Weaverville, Hendersonville, Arden and Black Mountain.
The cost of a host-read, mid-show ad on The Overlook is $200 per month, bringing the CPM to about $40. This includes inclusion in 9 new episodes and the entire Overlook catalogue via dynamic ad insertion.
